[Original#1] A magic application: WeChat
WeChat

With the popularity of mass communication, people's lives are more and more inseparable from social media. Social media, which is exerting a subtle influence on people's lives and behaviors. In recent years, the most popular and the most widely used applications are WeChat, micro-blog, Facebook, Instagram and so on. These applications not only bring convenient services to people's lives, but also bring serious shocks to major operators.
What is a WeChat?
WeChat is a free application that the Tencent Inc launched in 2011 to provide instant messaging services for smart terminals. WeChat supports cross - communication operators, the Operating System platform, to quickly send free voice messages, videos, pictures and words through the network.
WeChat's three innovation:
Chinese communication is three state-owned enterprises monopoly, respectively is the China Telecom group company, Chellona Mobile Communications Corporation Cmcc and China United Network Communications Group, although the three operators do all the communications business, but its single function, can only send text messages, MMS, call phone and internet. The first innovation of WeChat since 2011, due to the development of the new function, people began to use WeChat voice function send voice at any time, which not only saves time but also let other people know the speed and attitude when we speak.

People began to use WeChat to chat with friends frequently, making WeChat users rising rapidly. Compared with the three operators to provide the service to become boring, because messages can not see the sender's face, we don’t know what they thinking about, and call phone need to pay high fees, so for the people who need high frequent phone calls and send text messages, WeChat not only can let each other know your attitude and tone can save users a lot overhead, as long as there is a network, all WeChat functions can provide free. With the development of the WeChat new function, WeChat started to get from mouth to mouth, when you send a message to friends, your friends may say to you: "Come on, we use WeChat now!". With the stable function and more user support, WeChat began to transform. There are second innovations: WeChat created a new function named Moments, and gradually changed from chatting application to social software, and WeChat has started the second rising of users. People like to publish their life essays in Moments, and also like to laugh at people who upload a variety of life photos and funny stories. Before the advent of WeChat, people could only learn and share their lives from TV, newspaper or meeting with friends, the disadvantage of this way of information transmission is that information flow is small and the scope of dissemination is narrow. But WeChat uses the function of the Moments to let people send their own new things and let other users share more. WeChat has knew people's psychology, know some people in order to get the attention of others, will always send their photos or essays, some people are introverted and not good at communication but they are eager to know the news, so people will be very focus on the update of Moments, so WeChat users will continue to increase. By now, you may question me that as we mentioned earlier in this blog, Facebook also has these functions, and Facebook also has high users, why do I have to introduce WeChat's social media here, the answer is the Third innovation: WeChat Pay. WeChat Pay is a new feature of WeChat in 2016, you can pay through the WeChat Pay anytime, anywhere without bank card if you want, people can put the bank card at home, go shopping only with mobile phone, you only need use your WeChat to scan the QR code and easily realize the online payment function.

This transformation made WeChat become a software that can be paid, and at the same time, it formed a closed loop, people can't get away from WeChat, because their life and shopping are all attached to it.

WeChat has never done for their own advertising but it is more than any products are popular. The reason why WeChat became popular at the first time is WeChat try to solve all questions when customers use it, and based on the great usage experience, people will tell other people to use this application. The second innovation is through social networking, make every user to start using WeChat (Moments). The third innovation because of practicality, WeChat connect everything that people need in their life, just like the international US Dollar, people use WeChat Pay to build the bridges and channels between each other. (convenience, safety) Now WeChat is experiencing fourth innovations: small programs. WeChat is bringing more and more applications together, such as OfO and Mobike, which can only be owned by WeChat, to increase customer viscosity and increase the stability of the number of customers.
small programs
We are not aware of the results of the fourth WeChat innovation, and we all expect WeChat to bring us a new round of experience impact and a new sense of use. Now are you looking at the blog's, any ideas and suggestions for the fourth innovation of WeChat? Do you support or oppose the status of WeChat replacing cash with and gradually replacing the bank card? Please leave a message to the author~~

  1. As we talk about WeChat, every Chinese is the hot fan. You have described WeChat's launching and functions, most importantly, the WeChat pay is the new function that we can use it to transfer money or pay things directly by scanner or code. That's more convenient to transact. I'm really crazy about buying tickets from this platform like train tickets or flight, that's so amazing. You also compare WEChat to other popular social media like Instagram, Facebook or Twitter to spotlight WeChat. You not only discuss about the social media but also link to the marketing, which is really relevant to our class. Good pictures and texts, combine with each other well.
